Step-by-step guide

Step 1
Spray Universal Cleaner liberally inside and outside baby bottles and on toys, paying close attention to lids, teats and seams where grime can collect.

Step 2
Leave for five minutes to allow the cleaner to break down milk film and residue.

Step 3
Scrub the inside of bottles and any textured toy surfaces with a Dish Brush or soft brush.

Step 4
Rinse thoroughly with cold running water.

Step 5
For sterilisation, fill bottles with boiling water from the kettle and place smaller parts or toys (that can safely tolerate heat) in a bowl of boiling water.

Step 6
Leave for ten minutes before carefully emptying and rinsing under cold water.

Step 7
Dry completely before use or storage.

Pro tip

Give bottles and toys a deep clean every few days to prevent milk or saliva build-up — and always check that items are heat-safe before sterilising.
