Each customer whose order value totals £40 or more, in a single transaction from koh.com between 09:00am (AEST) on 26th December 2024 and 09:00 am (AEST) on 31st December 2024 (the “Promotional Period”) will be entitled to free Essential Oil (the “Gift”).

The availability of a Gift is subject to demand and availability. The Gift is available in one size only.

The Promoter cannot guarantee that all customers will receive a Gift.

Each eligible customer is only entitled to receive one (1) Gift, such Gift to be given at the time of delivery for all purchases online. For purchases online, the Gift shall be added to the eligible customer’s basket automatically at checkout.

This Promotion is not available at any store or online website not listed above.

This Promotion cannot be exchanged for cash.

Acceptance of the Gift constitutes the customer’s full and unconditional agreement to these terms and conditions and any decision reached by Promoter, which is final and binding in all matters related to this Promotion.

Promoter reserves the right to amend the rules of this Promotion, to withdraw this Promotion at any time if circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable, or to cancel free gifts in the event of non-compliance with these terms and conditions.

With the exception of liability which cannot be excluded by law, Promoter is not liable for, and you release Promoter from, liabilities relating to any direct or indirect loss or damage which is suffered as a result of this Promotion or accepting or using the Gift.
