How to clean an oven

Ovens are where the magic happens (hello, Sunday roast) - but also where grease and grime love to build up. Luckily, you don’t need harsh chemicals or choking fumes to get it sparkling again.

What you need

✔ Universal Cleaner
✔ Atomiser Spray Bottle
✔ General Cloth
✔ Diamond Sponge

Shop below 👇

Step-by-step guide

Step 1
Remove oven racks.

Step 2
Spray Universal Cleaner inside the oven with the Atomiser.

Step 3
Let it sit for 5-10 minutes.

Step 4
Wipe down with a General Cloth.

Step 5
Use the Diamond Sponge on stubborn grease or oven racks.

Step 6
Rinse racks, dry, and replace.

Pro tip

• Warm your oven to 50C (not higher) before cleaning - just don’t forget to switch it off before you start.

Apply Diamond Sponge carefully and with light pressure when cleaning glass to ensure no micro abrasions - the Diamond Sponge should do the work.

Safety first: Avoid attempting to clean heating elements

Other notes

Oven racks: Wrap each rack in aluminium foil. Dissolve a Dishwashing Tablet in bath or large sink with warm water if they fit. Place racks in water ensuring all racks are full submerged. Leave overnight. Remove foil from racks and scrub down any remaining soils. Rinse thoroughly.
